1. 退換貨申請時限 / Return Window

​

請在收到商品後的 10 天內 聯絡我們申請退換貨。

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items to request a return or exchange.

2. 退換貨條件 / Conditions for Returns

所有商品一經售出，概不退換，除非收貨時存在損壞。若商品在抵達時受損，可憑損壞照片進行換貨或退款。退換的商品必須保持未使用狀態且與收貨時狀況一致，商品需置於原包裝內，並包含所有標籤及配件。

All items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt. Items damaged upon arrival may be exchanged or refunded with photographic proof of damage. Exchanged/returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. 

3. 退款流程 / Refund Process

請透過電郵聯絡我們，提供訂單編號及照片。審核通過後，退款將在 7-14 個工作天內退回到你的原支付方式。

Please contact us via email with your order number and photos. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
